ORDER FULFILMENT

Order fulfilment is the handling of order processing, returns and exchanges to your end customer.

Order processing involves several steps. Firstly, we receive the customer order. Next, we collect the items from our warehouse. Finally, we prepare the product packaging and transport them through our distribution management service.

If a customer isn’t satisfied with a product, we can handle the entire resolution process. Products can be returned to our warehouse and inspected for any damage. If in good condition, the product can be returned to inventory for future use. If damaged, we may handle the process according to your specific processes.

Allowing APS Logistics to handle your order fulfilment reduces your need to manage staff. This saves you time and money – while maintaining a professional service for your customers satisfaction.
